Oklahoma college students, i2E wants you … to serve a 10-week paid fellowship this summer.

Through Friday (Feb. 18), i2E is accepting applications for its 2011 class of fellows.

Any graduate- or undergraduate-level college student in the state is eligible to apply for the slots, which pay $6,000 to work for an advanced technology startup company in Oklahoma City, beginning June 1 and ending Aug. 10.

Winning fellows will be matched to the companies that best meet applicants’ skill sets.

“There is a high demand for skilled entrepreneurs to lead Oklahoma startups,” said Tom Walker, i2E president and CEO. “We designed the i2E Fellowship program to both provide talented workers for these young companies right now and to grow the numbers of future entrepreneurs in the state.”

i2E is a nonprofit corporation providing business and advisory services, access to capital, and entrepreneurial development services to high-growth startups statewide. To apply online, visit For more information, call 813-2425. —Gazette staff
