StartOK Accelerator Fund will accelerate the growth of startup businesses that show promise for increasing product or service development and private capital investment, strengthen one or more of Oklahoma’s high growth industry sectors and create and retain high-paying private sector jobs.

Fund Goals:

• Accelerate the growth of companies;
• Expand capital investment across high-growth industry sectors;
• Accelerate private capital investment and shorten the time it takes companies to raise capital;
• Create new products and services for high growth companies; and,
• Create and retain high-paying, private sector jobs.

Eligibility:

• Increase product or service development and private capital investment;
• Strengthen one or more of Oklahoma’s high growth industry sectors;
• Participate in i2E’s training and mentoring programs; and,
• Create and retain high-paying, private sector jobs.
• Local executive team.
• Have had a professional investment round and have 24 months of capital.

Evaluation Criteria: Plans presented by eligible companies and entrepreneurs will be evaluated by i2E using rigorous diligence standards and will be based on the depth and quality of their business concepts and a demonstrated likelihood to achieve the following outcomes in Oklahoma:

• Increase product or service development  and capital investment;
• Leverage i2E’s investment with private capital; and,
• Create and retain high-paying, private sector jobs.

Funding Available:  The financing request should be specifically and narrowly outlined in a plan submitted to i2E. Individual investments will typically not exceed 50% of the total investment round.  Investments are typically in the form of a convertible note or standard preferred equity terms and applicability is determined by i2E.
