After months of preparation, weeks of competition and an electrifying awards dinner, winners in the seventh annual Donald W. Reynolds Governor’s Cup business plan competition didn’t celebrate too long. The four Oklahoma teams will put their plans up against teams from Arkansas and Nevada in a one-day competition on May 25 with $90,000 on the line.
