The Technology Business Finance Program (TBFP) is an OCAST initiative managed by i2E. This program makes state appropriations available for "pre-seed investment" opportunities with qualifying Oklahoma advanced technology companies. The recipients can use TBFP funds for proof of concept, market validation, business planning and other business development needs.
